Cancellation & Return Policy

At Nudavo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a straightforward process for cancellations and returns. Please read our Cancellation & Return Policy carefully for a smooth shopping experience.

 


1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Here’s how you can cancel:

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order by cancel option in order tab within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations. However, you may return the product once it is delivered to you (as per the return policy below).


2. Returns & Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Products: Some products, such as personalized items, innerwear, or perishable goods, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Please check product details before purchasing.


3. How to Return a Product

To return a product, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to order tab and select return option.

  2. Provide the order number and details of the product you want to return.

  3. Once we confirm the return request, we will share the return instructions.

  4. Please pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  5. Note :- This will only work for 7 days after you receive your order.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition:

  • Refund Method: We will issue a refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days after processing the return.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with the order details.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.


6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
